Yiming has a depth of expertise in corporate strategy & business model innovation empowered by digital technology and data science, new product launch strategy covering brand strategy, access & pricing strategy, SFE and GTM strategy, medical strategy and real-world study and insights, commercial due diligence and investment consultation and strategic alliance with regulatory stakeholders and market shaping initiatives. Yiming earned his BS and master from Nankai University.

Prior to joining HLT, Dr. Yang had over 10 years experiences in the areas of health economics, outcomes research, and market access at Merck, Daiichi Sankyo, and Abbott Laboratories. She published more than 30 articles in high tier journals, the major topic were clinical development, epidemiology, real-world study, and health economic modeling. Dr. Yang has a depth of expertise in real-world evidence generation in support of strategic decision making, including clinical development, regulatory submission, reimbursement negotiation, life cycle management, medical communication; health economics modelling and value dossier generation and adaptations in major markets, innovative approaches and new technologies to healthcare research, policy, and analytics. Dr. Yang received her MS from University of Toledo and earned her PhD from Boston University, School of Public Health.

Prior to HLT, Dr. Cao had over 10 years experiences in clinical development, medical affairs, real world evidence and HEOR at Eli Lilly and GSK. She has more than 20 SCI publications in science, clinical development and epidemiological and real-world studies in recent 10 years. Dr. Cao is skillful in the areas of clinical development strategy and medical strategy development, real-world evidence generation, health economics modelling, adaptation of CEA models for local clinical practice in China, value dossier and value package generation to support product's optimal access in China. Dr. Cao has a bachelor and a master from Fudan University. She was awarded a PhD of Epidemiology from University of California, Los Angeles.

Can serves as director of Real-World Evidence at HLT. Prior to joining HLT, Can had over 3 years experiences in HEOR and access & pricing strategy at Novartis and 6 years consulting experience in HEOR & RWE at IMS Health. Can has more than 10 SCI publications in HEOR area in recent 4 years. Can has deep expertise in health economics modelling, adaptation of CEA models for local clinical practice in China, budget impact analysis under different reimbursement policy scenarios, real-world evidence generation in local context in China (data-based analysis, QoL, NIS…), value dossier and value package generation, to support product's optimal access in China, pricing strategy development, by leveraging access strategy and product's value proposition. Can earned her bachelor degree from the West China Medical University (Sichuan University) and her MHD in Health Economics and Health Promotion from Karolinska Institute.

Cecelia currently serves as senior director at HLT with 15 years solid experience working in China's healthcare industry, including hospital, 4A agency, pharmaceutical and IVD companies. Prior to joining HLT, Cecelia was a business head of McCANN Healthcare. Before that, she worked as senior marketing manager at Roche Diagnostics. Cecelia has a depth expertise in Integrated marketing strategy and solution model innovation empowered by digital technology and data science, new product launch strategy covering value proposition、brand positioning、messaging and communication, and customer experience management (customer journey analysis and innovation interactive engagement with regulatory stake holders e.g. government、international and national association、hospital management、clinic and Lab KOLs). Cecelia has a bachelor degree in Clinical Medcine.

Yuhan serves at HLT as business director of insurance sector with Over 10 years working experiences in TMT industry, covering consulting in telecommunication operators, R&D and health insurance and medical big data application. Prior to HLT, Yuhan was with Alibaba, HuiMei Times (Mayo Clinic), leading their various projects including Chronic disease management, health insurance innovation, PBM and digital innovation. Yuhan has a bachelor degree of computer science and technology biology from Beijing Normal University.

Robin is senior director and head of real-world insights and consulting with more than 9 years experiences in integrating various new data and technology to provide strategic consulting service. He is also entitled as Chief Secretary of China Pharmaceutical Market Research Association (CphMRA). Prior to HLT, Robin served at ZS, he led more than 10 large projects covering new product launch, market entry, corporate growth strategy, new drug assets license in, business model design, etc. Robin is skillful in transforming real-world data into business insights and impacts, new product launch excellence, and corporate BD strategy. Robin earned his BS and master from Shanghai Jiaotong University, he also has a Master of engineering from Ecole des Mines d'Albi.

Tong currently serves as senior data scientist at HLT, he is responsible for data construction, data mining & data analysis, and project management, etc. Prior to joining HLT, Tong had more than 4 years experiences of data mining & analysis in Internet companies-Baidu and Alibaba. Tong has deep expertise in clinical trials, clinical research methodology, real-world data analysis and project management, medical data construction and efficiency coding. Tong earned both his bachelor and master degree in computer science & technology from Tsinghua university.

Prior to joining HLT, Dr. Fu contributed herself in research and teaching in epidemiological research in Faculty of Medicine at Chinese University of Hong Kong for more than 5 years. She also has more than 10 SCI publications and book chapters in RWE & HEOR area in recent 5 years and 3 years project management experiences in providing supervision from study design to delivery. Dr. Fu has a depth of expertise in clinical epidemiology & evidence-based medicine, real-world evidence generation and critical appraisal of medical evidence, clinical research on prognosis, diagnosis and efficacy, and systematic reviews and meta-analysis. Dr. Fu earned her bachelor in Clinical Medicine from Sun Yat-sen University. She was visiting scholar in Yale School of Public Health and she was awarded PhD of Epidemiology from Chinese University of Hong Kong.

As director of real-world insights and consulting at HLT, Lan developed extensive experience in the pharma and medical devices. Before HLT, Lan served at ZS, leading more than 10 huge projects covering go-to-market strategy, new product launch, opportunity assessment, product growth strategy, market access, and business model design, etc. Lan shows proficient in Real-world data analytics and insights generation, GO TO MARKET strategy for both new and mature products, and business growth opportunity assessment. Lan has a bachelor degree of Environment Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Ruixin currently serves as senior project manager at HLT with over 5 years global experiences in consulting company in the field of RWS and HEOR. She also has 3 years experiences in supporting RWE team in top 5 industry headquarter in US. Ruixin has deep expertise in real-world evidence generation in support of pharmaceutical business strategy decision making, including regulatory submission, payer negotiation, product life cycle management, etc. advanced statistical methodologies, and observational database analyses and data management. Ruixin earned her BS from Sun Yat-sen University and her MA from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Qiming serves as senior medical director at HLT with 16-year experience of deputy chief physician and senior surgeon in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University & Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, China. Before that, he was at IBM Watson Health, developing extensive experience in delivery and adoption of AI solutions across healthcare organizations and systems. Qiming has deep expertise in clinical surgery & oncology, clinical consultant in digital health and healthcare service transformation, leading and managing global cross-functional teams for healthcare and technology organizations, engaging with KOL to inform and shape cognitive health marketplace. Qiming received his BS, master, and MD from Medical School of Zhejiang University.
