1、Provide scientific and methodological expertise to teams and clients on various aspects of study design to address research questions
2、Lead the design of RWE studies
3、Lead the development of study protocols, statistical analysis plans and study reports
4、Supervise execution of projects within a matrix environment, including coordinating project activities, participating in client-facing project meetings, providing guidance and leadership when reviewing research findings, developing results presentations and recommendations, and validating RWE deliverables
5、Innovate and assist in the development of high-quality client deliverables in a timely manner such as presentation slide decks, technical reports, briefing books, conference abstracts, and manuscripts for publications
6、Drive internal education on all relevant aspects of RWE research, such as study design, advanced statistical methods, etc.
7、Participate in business development including drafting proposals, generating marketing contents, creating webinars, being conference speakers, etc
8、Manage teams, both at the project level and as line manager
9、Think creatively about how leading-edge analytics and emerging data sources can address clients' most pressing business challenges
